Billy Madison
Adam Sandler stars as Billy Madison in this 1995 comedy of the same name. Adam plays Billy who is a complete slacker and doesn’t take any of his responsibilities serious. In order for him to take over his father’s business, he must go back to school and pass grades 1-12.
Billy soon becomes attracted to his third grade teacher played by Bridgette Wilson. She has no desire to be with Billy but soon he earns her respect when he stands up and defends a fellow class mate. Billy passes all his grades and must make a hard decision at his graduation.
Steve Buscemi also stars as a gun toting madman out for revenge because of being bullied in school. Chris Farley stars as the bus driver. This film’s budget was $20 million and only made just over $25 million.
